I got some great comments about revising this and thought I would do a quick revision. Here's the original in it's simple form. [link] Decided to go a little bit different way with it this time. Hopefully it works better this way?

This background has some great ideas/cute elements in there. Love the trees and how you made them different sizes. The bee's home is so different! Love that idea! AND the sun looks like a sunflower (not sure if that was intentional but it definitely adds to the spring vibe)
